Manual Installation

It is strongly recommended to use version for Ubuntu 24.04 in all production environments. All new versions of Web Safety are being developed on this operating system. Functionality and acceptance tests running in our testing lab are based on this version too. Latest versions on virtual appliance, Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS virtual machines are also based on Ubuntu 24.04.

The next steps of this tutorial assume that you have installed an Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS with working access to the Internet and you are able to login into that server as root user.

All scripts mentioned in this tutorial can be downloaded from our GitHub repository. Please be sure to download and run scripts in core and ui sub folders one-by-one as specified on the next steps.
